After the contract was made and confirmed, I paid the $75.00down payment ( which they confirmed receiving). After that , I was never able to speak directly to Ashley or anyone else to get an answer as to when my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up. It was never picked up and emails to Ashley would no longer to thru. . I am still trying to get my down-payment back.
