I am as AMD Trucking was Contracted by ARS Management Group Inc. to transport this vehicle from Galpin Mazda (Arie Waiserman) to 2627 W TC Jester, Houston, TX 77008. When I arrived in Houston, ARS realized that they shipped this car to a wrong state. In reality, it was supposed to be shipped to Newport Beach, CA and sent me another Contract to transport this vehicle to Phillips Auto in Newport Beach, CA
The vehicle was delivered, damage free to Phillips Auto in Newport Beach, CA. But ARS Management Group, Inc. Refuses to pay AMD Trucking at all.
I'm filing a Lawsuit againt ARS
