We contacted Ms. Williamson's transport company and were told they could work with the customer's need for delivery of 8/14 or later. We advised the customer of this, but she refused their service anyway. Her statement of "'After the sale NOTHING." is not accurate as the email she refers to was sent after the sale. It informed her of the dispatch and the transport company's estimated pickup and delivery. We can't comment on her discussion with her transport company, we don't know what was said. We were told they would deliver 8/14 or later. As to our customer service policies, our representatives are permitted to end a call (with warning) when they are being cursed at or abused.
