They over promise and under deliver!

The car was being transported from WA to FL. It was promised within 2 weeks for delivery. The car was finally delivered 32 days later. Customer service could not provide any update on the whereabouts of the car or a delivery time.

While they were very quick to respond via email to getting the car booked and accepting my $$$, they never replied to any emails on the status of delivery of the car. Very disappointing and I would never use again!

AA-Automovers did not promise delivery within 2 weeks. We are not a transport company so we can not and do not made promises regarding delivery dates. Once the vehicle is in transit, it is the transport company that has the knowledge regarding estimated delivery. This was explained to Mr. Chowquan. We are sorry that his transport company experienced a delay, which is not uncommon in over-the-road-hauling. However, our broker service was delivered appropriately.
