I contracted with this company to move two cars from New York to california when I moved. I explained that I needed one vehicle to be delivered in california by June 30th, and they informed me that it should be picked up on the 20th of June. The other vehicle I needed to have in New York until I left on the 25th of June, and they told me it would be about 10 days in transit. I paid them in full and signed all of their contracts. Both vehicles were picked up as requested, on the 20th and 25th of June resectively. I have not recieved either vehicle yet, and it is now the 16th of July. They have told me four times that my vehicles would be arriving on a particular day, but when I call on that day to find out what time I am told it will be another week. They have been incredibly rude and unhelpful. They told me the truck broke down, then they told me that the fourth of July holiday was causing the slow down. Now they just don't have any excuse. I am extremely worried at this point because after looking on the internet (which I should have done in the first place) there are many, many stories and complaints about this company which state the EXACT same problems with this company, and in one case the customer has been waiting two months and has not yet received their vehicle. I have never dealt with such unproffesional, rude people. They could not care less about fullfilling wha they said they would do, which was to transport my vehicles safely and in a timely manner. I upheld my end and paid them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well.
