Interested in Class Action Suit

After complaining about 18 days of them not picking up my car, a "manager" picked up the phone yelled at me, canceled my contract, told me I would be charged $50.00 a day storage, and hung up me without telling me exactly where my car was and will not refund my $740.00 I paid up front. I am afraid this company is taking advantage of the snowbirds who are mostly elderly and either can't or are not up to driving that distance. The "manager" hollers at the customer I feel it is to intimidate the customer and then he cancels the contract and leaves the consumer stuck with a credit card bill and we still need to get our car here. As he has a New York zip code we filed a complaint with the BBB but can not file one with the BBB in Florida where the elderly are at his mercy. Would be interested in contributing to any class action suit against this company. Also the elderly snowbirds who are not familiar with the computer can't google this company out and are only hearing his lies via telephone.
