Q. How Do I Submit A Review?
A. You have two ways to submit a review. Go to the Add Review page and follow
the two step process by choosing the company name or adding a company. Next, fill out the survey form to review that company.

Use the Auto Transport Directory and click on the name of the company that you have shipped
your vehicle with and want to review. This will pull up the company's profile. On the profile page just above the large
star rating on the right of the page you will find a link that reads "Click Here to add a review". Click that link and
you will be taken to a survey form to review that company.

Q. How do I find information on a specific auto transport company?
A. With Transport Reviews what you see is what you get. Check out the auto transport company directory
for the company you are looking for. If you do not see them there then customers have not yet submitted reviews or information
for that company. For information on companies not listed on our site you should ask the company to help you navigate to their
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) at www.safersys.org.
If you used or are using a company not listed in our database please add the company and submit a review when your transport is
completed.

Q. How do I update my review?
A. As of this point, customers may only submit one review. The review you submit should be submitted AFTER the transport and
transaction has concluded. We do not allow "play-by-play" reviews where you keep the site updated on how things are going.
If you do need to update your review for some reason after you have submitted the review please contact us from the email address
the review was submitted by with your updated review. We will need to manually update your review.

Q. How do I remove my review?
A. Simple, Log in to our system using the email address and confirmation number from your review and click "Remove Review" and it will remove the review and send you an email confirming it.

A. Simple, Reviewer Login You will need your email address and the confirmation code to login.

Q. Can I submit more than one review if I have used a company multiple times?
A. No. As of right now customers can only submit one review for a company, even if you've used that company multiple times.
Your review should be comprehensive of all your experience with that company. When you submit a review you are submitting a
review of that company, not a review of a specific transport. So you should rate and review based on all your past experiences.

Q. I noticed a review has been removed, why?
A. Transport Reviews has site administrators that remove reviews when they violate the rules of the site. You can view the number of reviews removed and why at: Review Removal Report.

Q. I get an error whenever I ... ?
A. If you receive an error when using Transport Reviews please contact us with as much information as possible on the nature
of the error. Helpful information might include: When you were trying to access the site, what you were trying to do, the
error you received, the page that reported the error. The more information you provide the better chance we have of quickly
responding and fixing the problem.

Q. How do I add a company?
A. First, please verify the company you are trying to review is not listed in the drop down box located on the add review page.
If the company is not listed you can add a company by clicking the grey "Add Company" button on the bottom left of the add review page.
This will bring you to a page where you can submit the company's information. To review that company just click the "Add Review" link at the top of the page.

Q. Can we recommend a specific auto transporter?
A. No. Our service is only to provide information that customers can use to help them choose an auto transporter.
Rankings are decided by previous customers of the listed companies and their rankings do not reflect the opinions or
recommendations of TransportReviews.com or Valley Solutions, Inc. You should use the information found on our
site as well as other resources available to decide on an auto transporter.

Q. Is being paid by a company to post a review allowed?
A. Unfortunately, we have to first know, are you a customer of the company offering you an incentive to post a review?
If you are NOT a customer you are NOT allowed to post a review. We welcome you to contact us and tell us about the
company offering to pay you to post a review that clearly violates our sites purpose of reviews by customers.
If you are a customer we simply say that we do not encourage companies to pay you to post a review, but we do allow it.
We certainly do value your time and want you to post a review, but we think there are many reasons to post
a review other than some type of payment.
You should be honest in your review and not change your opinions just because the company is offering you an incentive.
Doing so is like putting a value on your integrity and we hope that is worth much, much more than a little money.
We do encourage dialogue and want to know your opinion on this. Please feel free to contact us

Q. Can I Trust The Reviews?
A. We would say yes, the majority of information on this site is trustworthy. There are, however, reasons to be cautious when using
this site to help make a decision on which auto transport company to use. For more information please visit our

Q. Why Do You Run This Site? What Is In It For You?
A. We want to do something good! Most are skeptics when we say this but the fact is we've ran TransportReviews.com (formerly Auto-Transport-Reviews.com)
from 2003 to 2006 at a loss of tens of thousands of dollars to Valley Solutions, Inc. But the improvements that we've seen in the auto transport industry
have been worth every bit of it. In fact, we didn't even include advertisements on the site until over a year after starting.
In 2006 and after we plan on using and sharing the information with many other sites in hopes of both spreading the impact of the site and
in hopes of running the site at break even or even a profit. Can't a good deed be rewarded? The heart of the site will always be to
provide a quality source of customer provided ratings and reviews to keep companies accountable to their customers and the industry.

Q. How Can I Support The Site?
A. For a review site like Transport Reviews.com the best support you can provide is telling others about the site. This
site is only as powerful and useful as the quantity of people that know about it. If only a few customers are educated we have failed.

We currently are not set up to take monetary contributions directly to the site. If you would like to make a donation consider

Q. Are you affiliated with any of the companies on your site?
A. Valley Solutions, Inc. does business with nearly 100 different auto transport companies. All of which are listed on

Q. Do you own an auto transport company?
A. No. We do not have ownership interests in any auto transport companies at this time.

Q. How is the overall rating calculated?
A. The default overall rating posted on the Auto Transport Reviews is based on the average rating over the last two years
of reviews for a company. This is a simple average: The sum of the stars of the reviews for two-years divided by the
count of the number of reviews for two-years. The average is then rounded to the nearest whole number.
The reason we use only the last two years of data is that this gives our visitors a snapshot into where the company
is in recent history, or at least a two-year period. Over two years companies can improve or worsen and Transport Reviews
will reflect this. This means well rated companies always need to be diligent to maintain a high level of service.
It also means that poorly rated companies can always improve.
Some reports on the site show ratings based on 30-days and one year of data. This should be specified on the report.
These reports can also help gain insight into the current level of service a company is offering.
