WARNING: Valley Solutions, Inc. dba Transport Reviews.com recommends that you DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Teresa Hausch or her company Ngeyen Logistics.Teresa signed her company up to respond to customer price quote requests that come through our Quotes.TR program. After responding to more than 200 customer quotes she was unhappy that customers were not choosing her company and she did a chargeback allowing her to get a full refund of her money. The reason she stated to the credit card company for the chargeback was "That we did not have her permission to charge her." In our opinion, this is a false claim. It is our opinion that this is a completely unethical business practice and we recommend NOT doing business with them.We are requesting that Teresa sends certified funds in the amount of $495 plus a $30 chargeback fee to rectify this situation.
