Things to know before choosing a broker. ***Any company claiming they are the `best in the business`should have an A - rating on the BBB with zero complaints and does not have to BUY reviews from its customers*** Always investigate the companies you are considering. Why settle for less than an A rated company if you have a choice? All reviews with a green dot indicate the broker paid the customer (in the form of a $$$ rebate) to write a five star review. Reviews are easily faked on this website. We don`t claim to have the most reviews but at least ours are genuine. Double check every company you are considering on the Better Business Bureau as well because you will find many of these `5-star` companies are F rated with 100 complaints on the BBB. Any company not telling you to research them first, before making a final decision has something they don`t want you to read about. Do your homework. We all have access to the same pool of carriers and all post our loads on the same dispatch website. No broker has magic carriers that work for them cheaper than the rest of us! Low balling quotes generally come from brokers with bad reviews who wish to lure you in with a cheap rate. Never hand over your credit card until the broker names the company they wish to contract on your behalf. A high percentage of bad reviews are about money taken in advance and services NOT provided.
