I previously had a brief chat with Molly from Yellowfin logistics and she seemed very professional and knowledgable. So I messaged her about my second car move and provided all the info she required. Molly prepared an initial order draft which had all the info regarding how to pay initial deposit and remaining balance (Cash or moneyorder or cashier’s check on delivery). Now that is called professionalism. Promised me 48hr pickup time and 6-7days to complete the shipment. She even assigned a driver and confirmed me and then I paid the initial deposit. My car was picked up as promised and even better it reached to destination in 4days (thats 3 days early than what they promised). The driver parked his truck outside community and drove my car to my door. I didnt have cash on hand so it took me 20-25mins to get cash from ATM. Driver waited for this time and didnt complain a thing. This shows the patience a business should have while dealing with customers. I appreciated the driver and really appreciate Yellowfin logistics for doing this work in a smart and great way. Price was also very reasonable and budget friendly. I will definetly recommend Yellowfin logistics and Molly did a great job ????
