Here is my experience with this company. First, the driver doesn't show up to deliver the car. He calls and tells me he is broken. He tells me the cops are there and that he would call right back to tell me what is going on. He calls back 4 hours later and tells me the car is a hundred miles south of its delivery location. I went down and picked it up. I was given no discount and when I asked I was told to call the dispatcher.

But the biggest problem is that the car showed up with an extra 500 miles. When I called the company initially they seemed interested and agreed that things had not gone correctly. However, when the company called back their tone was hostile and they accused me of wanting to get something for nothing. When they asked if i was a lawyer and when I said yes he began insulting me about that, telling me if I was complaining about this than i must not be doing so well.

This company has a two star rating for a reason and it is that the drivers are not reliable and the company has zero customer service. I lost an entire day and had to drive over two hours with a friend who lost time from his job to help me get this car. I would never use this company again and i warn you not to either.
