After reading many reviews of shippers in general, I was quite concerned about shipping my newly acquired vehicle and getting it without incident. Then I found Sue. She was honest from the beginning, and told me that my delivery location might require getting creative, as it was off the beaten path. I took 10 days for her to find a transport truck to pick up the vehicle, and from the time I was notified that arrangements had been made, only 6 days until I received it. The only hitch was the driver being delayed for a 3 hours by DOT, which was outside of his control. The driver contacted me to let me know where he was, and what time he would arrive. His service was excellent, and the car was in excellent shape when received. I would definitely use this service again. Sue, you definitely are one of the good ones amongst all the shady operators. Keep up the good work.
