I chose this company because of good reviews on this site, and because it is headquartered near the pickup site for my vehicle (northern California). I was able to provide a wide date window on both ends of the trip, which was a big help. The car was picked up three days after the first available date, but well earlier than it absolutely had to be. Consequently, it beat us to our move destination (Indiana) by more than a week, which was fine. The only problem we had was that the car's battery was dead when we tried to start it, but that was a minor annoyance. Overall, the experience was a positive one.
