Brokers & Customers beware HORRIBLE AUTO TRANSPORT CARRIER COMPANY

This has been the worst experience I've had after being in the Auto-Transport industry over 10 years. This company is rude, unprofessional, liers, unethical, and fraudulent. I made the biggest mistake to partner up with them on a trip from Montana to Massachusetts. Before I dispatch the order to them I specifically stated that the vehicle could not be dropped off before 3-15-2018 because my customer would not be arriving until that date.

Being in the customer service/ auto-transport industry for over a decade I always make sure we are specific to avoid any inconveniences for our customers. after I dispatched this order to them with all the terms and conditions, they went ahead and signed our contract with those specific details. However, they didn't comply and making this a horrible experience for us and the customer. This has been the first time that I have seen a carrier get from Montana to Massachusetts in 2 days. There are laws and regulations from DOT & FMCSA that allows them to drive up to 10 hours, this is a 2616.7 Miles/ 39-hour trip.

We scheduled the pick up for 3-12-2018 so the vehicle could be delivered on or after 3-15-2018. To my surprise, I get a call from the driver that the vehicle would be picked up on 3-11-2018. I asked if the vehicle would be delivered on 3-15-2018 or after as agreed on? and I was told "yes no problem" on 3-13 I get a call from Vitaly (Dispatch) stating that the vehicle would be in Massachusetts on 3-14-2018 and if the customer was not there the vehicle would be placed in storage and their expense.

After explaining to Vitaly that we had an agreement that the vehicle could not be delivered until 3-15-2018 he stated that that's my problem to deal with and they would just put in storage and I had to deal with it. I said ok I will pay the storage fees to avoid inconveniences for my customer, I thought that was the end of it... but boy was I wrong

We were asked to do a wire transfer to them and they would release the vehicle, our customer did that and the transaction came back as FRAUDULENT!! as of now we are still trying to get this issue resolved and they are holding the car hostage even though we are doing everything they are asking us to do. I have asked multiple times to speak with someone in MANAGMENT since the first day this nightmare started and I am still waiting for them to call me or email me. It is almost like there is NO managers and we only have to deal with RUDE employees. This is a complete nightmare DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER!!!

As of today 3-16-2018 we have done everything they asked for, made a CASH deposit to their business account so the funds are available, and now they state that it is a pending transaction on thier end. This is just another way to get more money for storage fees as we now have to wait until Monday to get the vehicle released. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! STILL WAITING FOR A MANAGER TO CONTACT US AND APPERANTLY HE IS OUT OF THE OFFICE ALREADY. WHAT A JOKE!!
