I went through AutoStar Transport and they farmed my job out to West Coast Auto Transport. Very dishonest and poor customer service. They used a third party to pick the vehicle up and store it for 2 days until the driver from WCA could pick it up. When it arrived, both the doors were dented, windshield was cracked, rockers were dented and chipped. The inside door cards had dirty finger prints all over them. I'm in the process of filing a claim. I've already contacted my family attorney.

Yes, we were indeed running two days late on pick up of Mr. Wickesberg VW Rabbit, and we have profusely apologized to both Mr. Wickesberg and his brother for the inconvenience that we put them through in arriving two days late for pick up. However, Mr. Wickesberg VW Rabbit was not in mint condition when we picked up his vehicle, his vehicle had multiple dents and scratches all over and the windows were taped up, and the hood was tied down. We are willing to work with Mr. Wickesberg regarding this damage but we are waiting for pictures from the customer and estimates for the repair. We have done everything that we could to stay in touch with Mr. Wickesberg on the late pick up and to deliver his vehicle in a timely manner.
