Considering the unpredictability of the Midwestern and North eastern February weather, we are basically satisfied, and grateful for a safe delivery from Chicago to Hartford. If given the choice of winter driving for a one way trip in the future, I would likely ask for the same transport personnel. However, I pray it will never be necessary again in the winter-time.

The driver was very courteous, and apologetic for running behind schedule because of road conditions. He called to inform us of the delays, and/or when matters were beyond his control. He also called again when within 10 minutes of the pick- up location. He answered our questions, and he was knowledgeable of his trade.

Thank you for helping make this needed move possible. My extended family will likely reap great benefits and enjoyment as a result of the 15 passenger van transport.
