Worst Experience ever in United States:
Re-posting since they deleted our previous review.
The person kept calling to get business. Reduced rates initially to get business. Later once he got the deposit he hardly talked nicely. Use to cut my calls. Vehicle pick up was late. Upon arrival of vehicle they asked for more money and Michael said you need to deal with transporter even after taking the broker fee. Transporter said he wont give us vehicle if we don't pay him.Additionally, he didn't drop at location I told them earlier. They said they misplaced the key.Once I went to there office they said they found the key. Also Charged 50$ extra for extra weight.
Ultimately we paid what he asked us for when he called us first time.

Never faith on these people. They are very very rude.Don't TRUST them ever.

This customer stated that this car was available for pick up on the same day that he placed the order. As stated in Our Terms and Conditions signed by this customer, we are unable to guarantee pick up or delivery on specific dates and or times. We also state we are brokers not carriers. You neglected to tell Michael that you had filled up your car with personal items, after you were told that you are only allowed 50 to 100lbs. You went way over the limit, and the driver wanted to charge an additional $150 for the extra weight, but we were able to convince him to accept $50.The driver came as close to your door as possible since he was not able to get into your neighborhood with a 75 foot truck.
