HORRIBLE! RUN AWAY!!!

DO NOT HIRE UNITED AUTO LOGISTICS FOR ANY REASON, THEY ARE A VERY DISFUNCTION AND UNRELIABLE. My vehicle was scheduled to be picked up 9/25/2014. They never showed up. I called many times on the day only to talk to a person 2 times and leave several messages. The first time I spoke with Jeremy Mathews and I asked him what was the delay? He told me he was going to call dispatch to find out what time the pick up would and he would call me back within 5 minutes. So I waited and waited and waited and no call. So I tried to call him at least 20 times over the next hour leaving messages on his voice mail several times. So I went on line to try to find another phone number to call someone else. I found 5 different numbers at least 20 -30 times over the next 2 hours. Finally someone answered at about 4pm. I spoke with Frank who told me the driver was on his way and to expect him around 5:30pm. Great I thought. What a relief. Well, 5:30 comes and goes. 6:30 comes and goes 7:30 I once again tried calling all the numbers just to get voicemail after voicemail. No one ever showed up or called me back. The next morning I tried calling all of the number again. I took me about 20 of calling time after time to get an answer. A woman picked up and I explained to her what was going on and expressed my frustration. She apologized and told me she would get to the bottom of it and call me right back. I told her that Frank and Jeremy both told me they would call me back and never did. She said oh don't worry about it, I promise I will call you back within the hour to give me some answers. I said, you promise? She told me absolutely, I'll take care of you personally. Well it has been 2 weeks and still no one from UAL has called me back. The care was suppose to be shipped down to Florida for my Mother-In-Law who moved there on 9/26/2014. I had to take off work to drive from Philadelphia, PA to Deltona, FL so she could get to her new job starting on the following Wednesday. I recommend you do not do business with United Auto Logistics. They are very unreliable, unprofessional and can not be trusted. RUN AWAY!!!!! FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.........

My name is Jeremy Mathews and I am the agent who booked Jerry. First of all, we are sorry to hear about your mixed experience, and want to offer a $150 on future transportss to show you we're serious about good customer service. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, Jerry booked an order with five different companies for a higher price than we offered. Second, the driver that was scheduled to pickup this vehicle decided at the last minute to not to pick it up since Jerry was offering more money to other drivers and he also was not answering or returning our phone calls. We informed Jerry that because of this, it will be difficult to find a driver who is willing to take less money then what other companies are offering. We went the extra mile to allocate a new driver that same day for the customer, however, we had no luck. We apologized to the customer for the mishap and even offered to give up our fee and provide the service free of charge. We do our very best to make sure these situations dont happen and for that reason is why we do not charge a deposit until vehicle is picked up. Again, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We have over 15 years of experience in the business and serve thousands of customers a week, and we strive to create the best possible service for the customer. We would like to make this up for you by offering a $150 rebate. Sincerely, Jeremy Mathews
