Three weeks of my time have been completely wasted. A quote was provided, agreed to, and confirmed weeks in advance. I called 20+ times over the course of the days following the no-show pickup date. Jacob, Ralph, and Jeffery continually promised they would call me with an update by the end of the day. I chased these guys down daily and was always told that it would be another day or two. Multiple times, they guaranteed a driver would show up but that never happened. I ended up going with a different company that had a driver scheduled within 2 hours of the call and picked up the vehicle the next morning. I continued to send emails to the company asking for answers and giving them the chance to keep the sale but they were obviously not interested in responding or working with me.
