If you want to deal with a company that right out lies then use this company. I was told they have their own drivers which isn’t true. It says it in the contract and the quote that they have “preferred carriers”. I was told that my credit card wouldn’t be charged till my vehicle was picked up, that wasn’t true. It got charged once they found a driver and they had confirmation he was picking it up. I had no idea my vehicle was picked up, thank goodness the guy I bought it from sent me an email that it was. I was told I would get pictures of it before it went on the truck and never got them. (The driver did show me pictures when he dropped it off with it on the back of the truck but that doesn’t do me any good). Then I was told I would get GPS tracking, never got it. This was especially important as I live 2 hours away from the delivery location. I was in the middle of a dinner party and had to leave to meet the driver. Tried calling customer service twice each day asking for an ETA and each rep would say something different and would promise to call back. None did. Then out of no where I get a text from an unknown number with a picture of the drop off location saying he was there with my vehicle. I call him and he spoke very little English and he had to have his dispatcher translate for him and she wasn’t the clearest person to understand either. This is when they were supposed to give me a 12 hour notice when the vehicle was delivered. But what was I thinking they didn’t even tell me they picked it up. I got no receipt after paying in cash as the driver I think said it would be emailed. Anyway they were one of the most expensive and not worth it. If you hear the name “Damiso” run!
