Never picked up, poor communication

"Trusty" Transport was not very trustworthy unfortunately. Placed an order to pick up my truck in Michigan and transport it to Ohio (about a 6 hour trip from dealer to my residence). 6 days went and never picked up the truck. Also, does not communicate well at all. Uses 5 word or less sentences such as "working on it," I will check" via text message. Does not know the status of any of the runs and says he has to check with the Dispatcher and never gets back to you. Why not let customers talk to the Dispatcher for a status check? They only paid thousands for their vehicle so they deserve to know whats going on. I think if he had better communicated with me I may have been more understanding. What I experienced was unacceptable. Their website says "Trust us to ship your vehicle and we will not disappoint!" I was in fact disappointed. I cancelled the order and used another auto transporter to do the job with a guaranteed delivery date.

We didn't do well on this one. There were weather issues with snow/ice etc but we still didn't get the job done. I wish we could have because the customer paid a broker $150 more than we were moving it for. Poor service on our part.
