Every time we called prior to date of transport, John would advise all is set and driver assigned - even stated that there could be a PM pickup not the AM as we requested.

Day before, John advised he would call us with the driver's phone as soon as possible. Never called and all attempts to call him were directed by Maria to voice mail. She kept saying John was there but he never answered phone and never called us back. I tried to get Maria to assist, but she would put me on hold and NEVER pick up!

On the day of pickup, John would not answer his phone and not return any of the MANY we left. Maria also continued her policy of putting us on hold, never to return.

Andrea around noon advised that all was in operation and that she or John would call us with driver, etc. No calls were ever made by either of them! I see this firm as a lottery. If they can tag a driver going where the car needs to go, you get a transport, but I believe that the lack of truthfulness and the absolute ignoring of callers who are "scheduled" for that day is beyond bad customer service. They just lied until we could no longer make any arrangements. They had our deposit, which we still have not received back, and had us locked into them. If we had canceled they would have penalized us, which I suspect thay intended to push us to do. We did not fall for that ploy and simply drove the car to Texas and saved money but were inconvenienced a lot!
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES!
