After being kept waiting for 13 days, I asked Marie to help. Within 48 hours, Marie had a pickup lined up and ready to go. She was responsive, honest and open about correct procedure. She emphasized to me that you should NEVER GIVE CREDIT CARD DETAILS OUT BEFOREHAND! So true!
If I had to have a car shipped again, I wouldn't hesitate to have Marie handle it. She is professional, reassuring and a excellent person to deal with. Her whole demeanor is reassuring and confident, without being bullying or aggressive. I highly recommend this company, and Marie's professionalism to anyone who needs to ship a car.
