I had purchased a Chevy Tahoe on eBay from Florida 3,000 miles from me in Northern California. I was really nervous as this was the 1st vehicle I had ever purchased without driving it. The eBay transaction took place just before a national holiday. I checked out the eBay hauler but I was uncomfortable with that companies whole order procedure and difficulty to reach them on the phone. I began getting quotes from a variety of sources and my good fortune was to run across Top Hauling Network THN).

The staff at THN was the 1st company that actually took time to hear my concerns as a nervous 1st time shipper and patiently answered every question. Now here we are the day before a 3 day Monday national holiday. I needed the truck picked up 2 days after the holiday as the people I bought the Tahoe from were leaving town on a holiday. Camey and Sara said they'd do their best to arrange this but they were up against the fact that many transport drivers were also taking this three day holiday off.

Camey and Sara totally kept their every promise. Their communication was great and they returned my calls right away. They located a great driver who met my short deadline. Pick up was on the time & day promised. Camey & Sara provided the truckers cell phone # & faxed me copies of his proof of insurance papers. The driver was very detailed with his paper work & a gentlemen to work with. He called me 3 or 4 times during the trip from coast to coast to let me know where he was & when the day came for delivery he was right on time. Excellent door to door service.

A company is only as good as their staff and their promises for service. Top Hauling Network exceeded my expectations. If I ship again I will definitely use these good folks again.
