Good cross country experience with SMS

I was moving from New Jersey to Seattle and wanted to have my car moved since I had already purchased a one-way plane ticket for myself. I was very nervous about the prospect of moving my car, since I figured that once the car company had possession of my car, there would be nothing I could really do if it was delayed.

I saw that SMS had a number of good reviews on this website and decided to give them a try. A person came to pick up my car within a few days. 10 days after it was picked up, I got a call that it had arrived in Seattle and I scheduled a time for it to be dropped off. Other than the expected layer of dust (I opted for the cheaper option of an open air transport), my car was in the same condition as it had been when it was picked up.

I would definitely use SMS again, although I don't plan on moving again anytime soon.
