First the bad:
I was initially quoted at $1,000 ($200 deposit at pick-up, rest on delivery) to ship my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I asked if I could fill the car with personal items as long as the driver's seat was free and they confirmed that would be okay. At the time of pick-up, I was surprised to find that there was and additional $200 "overweight" fee for having my items shipped inside the car. The total cost of $1,200 to ship all those things and my car is still a fair price, but I really would've liked to have been clearly informed about that beforehand.
Scheduling was difficult as it's not until you are less than 1-2 days out of your availability window that they actually schedule the pick-up day. Car arrived two days later than estimated.
The good:
Even with the extra fee, price was good compared to other quotes I received.
Customer service was always friendly and helpful when I reached out for updates.
Car arrived with no obvious damage with all the contents inside intact.
