I transported my car from NY to Florida the first time this February. Things went very smoothly. The only criticism is that I was a little confused about when the car would arrive. I had the driver's cell number so I called him on the day that he told me it would arrive, but I would have liked a little more update as it was travelling. It also arrived much earlier in the day than expected so I would have had someone available sooner to meet the driver. Overall I great price for an excellent experience.
