My experience with this company was great! After requesting multiple quotes from various car transport companies, I received ample non stop calls and emails. I selected Ship a Car Direct based on the information provided by the representative who answered all of my questions thoroughly. The information provided was accurate, the price was fair and lower than some of the quotes that I received from other companies. I was also able to get helpful tips from the Ship a Car Direct website. The procedure went well, a carrier was assigned in a timely manner and my vehicle was transported from California to Texas with no problems. I recommend this company, my experience was smooth and stress free. The customer service level which included follow through feedback provided by the representative (Lauren) was excellent. Thanks, I would certainly not hesitate to use this company again if needed in the future.
