The entire Ship A Car Direct experience was excellent. Mike walked me through the entire process - patient and helpful all the way through. And lots of follow up, helpful videos, easy to understand explanations regarding the shipping process (I was new to it). The price I was promised was the price I eventually paid and the car was picked up timely. And, delivered in perfect condition cross-country in a matter of days. Hat's off to Ship A Car Direct!
