I needed my car shipped from IL to CA and after being left in a bind by Montway, I contacted Ship a Car Direct. About 3 days after my “first available date”, my vehicle was assigned to SAP Transport Inc. for pickup that same weekend. The actual price ended up being like $125 more but it was kind of expected due to it being summer and there is a shortage of drivers due to COVID. There were some issues with the truck which didn’t allow my car to get picked up until 2 days after the pickup date. Things like this can happen and the driver kept my release agent informed of the status. The car got picked up and actually got to CA one day early and in the same condition it was picked up in. Overall working with Ship a Car Direct/Scott and SAP Transport Inc/their driver was great. If I need my car shipped again, I will definitely contact Ship a Car Direct again.
