It is the first time I have bought a car from out of state, so understandably nervous. The car dealership recommended shipping via Ship a Car Direct. Jennifer was amazing and very helpful. After our initial discussion, she sent me videos to best describe the process and FAQs, they were very helpful and reassuring. I was notified when the car was picked up by the transport company; they in turn also notified me they had my car. I then received email information on how to easily document any damage during transport (which thankfully I did not need). Overall, I am very impressed with this service and felt confident my car would be well taken care of. Delivery went seamlessly. Everyone involved was extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend this service.
