My pickup window went past the 5 days, but I received a call on day 6 asking if they could send a driver that day. The cost was more, but Wade refunded me $100 which set the cost at the quoted price, so all was well. My driver Charles was excellent! Walked me through the process and his route and kept me updated along the way. My car was scheduled to be delivered by 9/5 and was delivered on 9/3, so again, very happy with the service. Ship a car direct sent me a lot of emails and text messages, but I would have liked a phone call at some point, just to speak to a live person. Other than that I would definitely recommend them.
