Overall, my experience with ship-a-car was great! Quick booking and friendly people. My only complaint was with the carrier company: Greenway Trans Inc. It looked like my car was going to get delivered before we arrived in our new state so I was working with them to update the delivery address to one where someone would be home and the dispatch told me the new address wasn’t along the route so I had to go through this whole thing to find another backup address and said I would call back the day before it was set to deliver to get an idea of the actual time of day it would be delivered. Well, it turns out when I called to get this info, the driver was A day early and my car was going to be delivered that day (the next delivery in fact) and, on top of that, the driver had changed his route to one that would have been able to go to the original back up address I had asked for. In the end I was able to get a hold of the driver and he delivered it to the original back up address (driver was great and helpful!), but overall their dispatch was terrible at communicating with the customer. All that being said, this doesn’t exactly reflect on my experience with ship-a-car since they just booked the carrier and they were great which is why I gave them 5 stars.
