I avoided one-way plane ticket $250, gas $180, two hotel nights $300, and 24 hours of driving. This was a painless, seamless process that in my case took only 4 days (TN to AZ). The car was undamaged. The customer service is proactive and unambiguous with email links and phone numbers to contact in the event anything goes amiss. Nothing did.
