From the first phone call my broker Wade was wonderful. He knows his stuff, was very thorough and detailed about the process. He answered all my questions and even calmed my anxiety about turning my car loose. He found me an outstanding carrier that communicated their status the entire trip. They were precisely on time and car was both picked up delivered the day I requested with no damage, only a little road grime as expected as Wade prepared me for. A+++
