I had a great experience - Ship A Car Direct was very easy to work with. I felt that there was a good amount of communication with me, and I was very pleased with their commitment to transparency, damage protection, and choosing good and reputable carriers. Also, while I was shopping around for different shipment options between brokers, I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything (which is certainly not true for other brokers that I interacted with). This gave me a lot of confidence in them. I received my car in a timely manner, and am overall very happy with this entire experience.
Note that the final price increased from the initial quote by $100, but was still very competitive with the other brokers that I was looking into.
