OK - Stressful up front, worked out fine in end - 3.5 stars

When I placed my order, I specified the car HAD to be picked up by a certain day, and then earliest delivery was 2 days later (VA -> CT). They ended up coming 2 days late, after we had already moved, so we had to leave the keys with our apt complex manager. There was a lot of stress up front wondering what was going to happen to the car, BUT once it was picked up, it was fine. My CSR was very responsive. No damage to the car. If you're more flexible on the dates than we were (our issue was nobody we knew would be in CT to receive the car earlier), then there would be no issue. But in the future, due to the stress of worrying about leaving the car behind, we'd probably do a terminal drop-off rather than door-to-door.
