I had a great experience from the the time I first submitted a request to have my fathers vehicle ship until I received it from the driver a few days later. Jennifer was a great help, making sure all my questions were answered in a timely manner. When we were contracted with the shipping company I was informed of what to expect and that the driver would coordinate the rest of the way. The pickup went smooth and the driver was very helpful and professional. When I picked up the car there were no issues, and I was able to sign for the car and drive away. By far the easiest vehicle shipment I have ever done.
