I was very impressed with the service at ship a car direct. The customer service was impeccable, timely and friendly. There was excellent communication between ship a car direct and the transport carrier. I heard nearly immediately once a carrier was chosen and the driver called me directly. The vehicle was transported in excellent condition and arrived 4 days early.
