While my vehicle didn't get picked up when I would have liked, it was still a great experience. Jennifer answered all of my concerns and questions so much that it really gave me confidence in using Ship A Car Direct. I was always worried about doing something of this nature, but this process was great. Jennifer really took it upon herself to make sure my car was taken care of and that the cost I would have to pay would be as low as possible. She even lowered the deposit due to how long it was taking to get my car to the west coast. There was no damage and nothing wrong with my vehicle when it arrived and it was a great experience and one that I will more than likely be using again if necessary.
