I am able to contact the driver all the time. And the driver is super efficient. And by using the app, I can take pictures when they pick up the car, which is a good reference for me to check if there's any damage on my car. And everything goes well and smooth, no car damage, arrived in 5 days. 100% satisfied with the service.
