I was not sure about shipping my vehicle after reading numerous reviews online, but I decided to go with Shipacar Direct to ship my 2013 GTI from Illinois to Oregon. I contacted Stefan on Monday and he was happy to answer every question I had. I placed the order with them and they managed to get the car shipped the same day! I flew back to Oregon the following day and the car was there Thursday night. The driver had a little difficulty with his trailer lights (things happen, not a big deal) and was going to change delivery to the next day. The place he was going to stop for the night was not too far from where we live so we just went and picked up the car because we could not wait to have it home. The driver was very kind and pleasant and really seemed to know what he was doing. My car was a little dirty, as was to be expected, but there was no damage. All in all a great experience with ShipaCar Direct and Coin LLC (the shipper they contracted with).
