Vehicle was late due to winter storm on east coast that was preventing any carriers from taking my car. Not ship-a-car direct's fault. Overall happy with the service. They were prompt, and had good advice on the proper pricing to get my car moving. Offered a rebate on their fee due to the weather conditions that caused the carriers to charge more.
