This shipment turned out to be a seamless, excellent process. I was apprehensive about shipping the car since I had never done it before. ShipACarDirect was recommended to me by a family member. I contacted them and Gabby answered all my questions by phone and sent various emails with videos of other frequently asked questions. The videos were very helpful. Everything was on schedule at pickup and delivery. The driver contacted both of us the day before so that we could make plans to be available. He called on the day of pickup when he was 5 or 6 hours out and then when he was about 30 minutes away. He was very pleasant, drove the car right into my driveway and we checked for damage together. There was none. All in all it was one of the best business transactions I've ever had. I recommend them very highly.
