Hard to get answers

There was a lot of confusion about my order and while my salesperson was pleasant to work with, it was difficult to get a hold of her and she was not timely in responding to my voicemails or email inquiries. When she was unavailable I could choose to be transferred to another customer service person. Again, they were also very nice but not helpful. All in all a much more stressful experience than it should have been although it turned out OK in the end.
