I originally scheduled with another company that was about 150.00 cheaper. The other company called me at 10:30 at night and wanted me to drive 20 minutes to meet them. When I told them they should have gave me some notice and I could do it in the morning the abusive driver started swearing at me. I realized that cheapest way wasn't the way to go. The woman I spoke to at Ship a car direct was courteous, friendly and informative. The driver who picked our car was also polite. The car arrived quickly and safely. Wish I would have called them first.
