Tom is outstanding. I have had to move a lot in the past few years and I have used him now THREE times. He helps me weight the pros and cons of the cost that I am about to incur and when pick up may be. He has always made sure that I understand the time frame I may have to wait. He keeps in touch with me once the car is listed to ensure I know what is going on. I have saved him in my email for my future business. It would be very easy just to call the company and get whomever answers, but Tom is the best and I like to give my business to him. It says a lot when someone has used the same person THREE times in THREE years. Thanks Tom for another successful transport of my vehicle!
