This was my first experience transporting a car and knew nothing about it before I began. Ship a car direct answered all my preliminary questions and then provided me with very informative videos to inform me about the process. By the time the driver arrived I felt very comfortable with how the whole transport was going to work. Everything went as planned and my car was delivered in the time window I had expected.
