Very timely...once the car was picked up.

The initial process of locating a carrier to transport the vehicle took a little time. It took a little over 10 days to find a carrier. I believe this was due to the fact that the pickup and destination origins were located in smaller towns. It seemed there was not much carrier traffic to/from the areas we were attempting to move our car. After a little over a week had passed I queried to see if we could have the vehicle drop off location moved to a larger city a couple hours away and subsequently we got a carrier lined up within 24 hours. Once the carrier was scheduled and the car picked up, we had possession of our vehicle within 48 hours. We did have to drive a short distance to get the vehicle, but the carrier agreed to deliver the vehicle a little closer to us which reduced our travel time by a couple hours. Though the vehicle was transported on an open-bed trailer, there was no damage. All things considered, we were pleased with the entire process.
