My contact at Ship a Car Direct was responsive and helpful. However, the assigned carrier was hard to contact. The office number was a cell phone that was not manned at times and 2 different people picked it up. One person had no information. The Carrier arrived to pick up the car 1 day late. The pick up date was given as either Saturday or Sunday. They picked it up on Monday. Luckily got the drivers cell so I was able to contact him when they missed the delivery window by 45 minutes. It doesn't sound awful but it was a 2 hour window and we hired someone to receive the car.
